We’re looking for an editorial lead with a skill for storytelling to write copy, mentor our pool of writers, and apply creative thinking to help our content grab attention from global audiences.

The role is to:

● Create engaging short and long-form copy in response to briefs across video, social, eBooks, blogs, websites, events and email.
● Concept creative ways to earn attention for our content, so it’s both thought-
provoking and thumb-stopping.
● Ensure consistency in brand, tone of voice and messaging across a variety of clients.
● Mentor a team of writers to craft content quickly and collaboratively, and grow their conceptual skills.
● Understand key concepts around AI, business transformation and the cloud, and how to articulate them in simple yet entertaining ways.
● Work closely with a large and talented creative team.
● Based in our Redfern office with hybrid Mondays and Fridays.

Skills you’ll need:

● 5 to 8+ years’ copywriting or journalism experience at a senior level.
● Exceptional writing, proofreading and grammar skills.
● Excellent interpersonal and feedback skills with team members.
● Ability to craft a simple, engaging story from complex information.
● Proven expertise in creative techniques to generate a response from the audience.
● Examples of work demonstrating different tone of voice and content styles, including for B2B brands.
● Ability to present work with an effective, coherent rationale.
