Account Director – London

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about building solid client relationships, managing a small team and building exquisite work with a proactive approach. We are looking for someone who is flexible, can go with the flow and grow with this fab team.

Your role will involve leading clients and working on creative, engaging, and sometimes complex solutions, all under the guidance of a dedicated Group Account Director.

The role is to:

  • Build relationships with your clients and be responsible for the leading the campaigns for our global Google client, from brief to delivery
  • Collaborate with teams in the US and Australia for a unique international experience to create assets and collateral for brand and product marketing, major events, animation projects along with campaign mapping and thought leadership
  • Be responsible for mentoring a small team for project delivery, ensuring they are keeping campaigns on track, with a focus on effectiveness and profitability on a project by project basis
  • Be part of a high performing, award-winning team, working closely with strategy and creative teams, whilst being mentored by a Group Account Director.

Skills you’ll need:

  • Be an experienced Account Director with a minimum of 4-5 years’ agency experience, preferably from a digital agency background
  • Exhibit strong self motivation, proactivity, exceptional client management skills, a solid marketing background, and a creative mindset
  • Be comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, and iterative manner, even when faced with ambiguity
  • Excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are confident in presenting to clients
  • Have a track record in developing strong relationships both internally with your team and with clients.
  • Be happy working from home 2-3 days a week as well as working with the team and clients in London
  • Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have a passion for continuous learning and growth.
