The role is to:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with an understanding of B2B marketing or a background in working with Tech clients. You’ll be leading integrated campaigns across web, email, social and OOH.

The day to day looks like:

  • Own the day-to-day client relationship for key B2B tech accounts — interrogating briefs, negotiating budgets, and earning client trust as a proactive, solutions-oriented partner..
  • Form strong partnerships with strategists, creatives, producers to develop and deliver brilliant strategic and creative outputs.
  • Manage complex projects from end-to-end. A strong understanding of prioritising tasks, managing budgets and timelines to ensure that everything stays on track.
  • Build up knowledge in the B2B/Tech space and use these insights and key client project learnings to inform proactive client work.
  • Have a good understanding of how smaller projects fit into a bigger picture and are able to identify and raise new opportunities for growth across key clients.

Skills you’ll need:

  • Be an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years’ creative agency experience, ideally from a digital or integrated background.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills, a solid marketing background, and a creative mindset, with experience in B2B communications.
  • Excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are confident in presenting to clients.
  • Have a track record in developing strong relationships both internally with your team and with clients.
  • Be happy working from our Redfern office from Tuesday through to Thursday with the option of hybrid work from home days.
  • Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have a passion for continuous learning and growth.
