Demonstrating the value of Medallia’s CX platform by taking their customers’ feedback directly to their ears.

The objective

With an abundance of channels for customers to publicly share their opinions, business leaders are constantly challenged to hear – and act upon – customer feedback.

Medallia wanted to reach the most influential C-Suite executives to demonstrate how their enterprise-grade platform can wire an entire organisation to systematically drive action and win on customer experience (CX).

Our Approach

We demonstrated the value of Medallia’s CX platform by taking their customers’ feedback directly to their ears.

We sent 160 C-Suite executives bespoke direct-mail (DM) packs. Each pack was personalised by role and industry, and included a set of premium wireless headphones pre-loaded with verbatim feedback we collected from their real customers, recorded with a voice-over in each recipient’s native language.

This gave the audience the opportunity to literally hear what their customers had to say about their experiences with their organisation.

A letter directed them to a personalised landing page with an introduction and case studies relevant to their industry.
