We are looking for a specialist passionate about all things digital experience and ecosystems to join our media team.

You’ll join a creative team of fearless, hard working account managers, strategists and creative thinkers who always strive towards excellence. You will be fully supported by our highly engaged and collaborative team.

You will work alongside media strategists, buyers, and ad operations as well as other parts of the business including Strategy, Creative, Experience Design, web development and Production.

The role

  • Be responsible for maximising the performance of the various components of the client’s digital ecosystem as a whole.
  • You will work with both internal teams and our client’s own digital teams to design an effective and efficient digital experience
  • Work with Strategists, Experience Design, Data Analysts, Media Planners and Buyers to ensure they are aware of and have exposure to how consumers engage ‘post click’ in any campaign. Ensuring we are connecting our media results with web and business results
  • Develop SEO audits and strategy recommendations for existing and new web experiences.
  • Support new business development in relation to digital performance based clients, working with client service to develop recommendations
  • Provide training to members of the media team, and broader agency where appropriate, on the application and use of digital systems and tools

You will need

  • A minimum of 6-8 years experience in SEO, and CRO
  • Detailed understanding of the digital media landscape, the players and technologies available
  • Highly analytical, ability to spot trends and be comfortable working with a variety of data sources
  • Good presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior level stakeholders
  • Strong creative problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal with outstanding attention to detail.
  • SEO planning and strategy skill
  • Ability to perform robust SEO Technical audits and optimisation, including Schema mark-up, voice search SEO and AMP recommendations
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GA4 a plus)
  • Very proficient in important SEO data tools (Google Search Console, Microsoft Excel, Screaming Frog, SEMrush etc)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
  • Digital development skills
  • UX & UI understanding
  • CRM planning skills (nice to have)
  • Paid Search and digital planning (nice to have)
  • Data and analytics experience (nice to have)
