You’ll get to meet and greet our clients and friendly team along with the opportunity to assist with the day to day operations of the office from entertainment to training, provide assistance for recruitment and employee engagement as well as support the Office Manager.

The working environment is fun, social and engaging, in a warehouse-style office space that is full of natural light.

The role

  • To be the first point of contact for clients, partners and our friendly team in the office
  • Meet, greet and engage with our clients in a Covid safe environment
  • Help with the day to day running of the office, managing meeting rooms and suppliers
  • Assist with the preparation of wellbeing and training programs
  • Help with the recruitment advertising processes for new employees
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new staff and team engagement initiatives
  • Be part of setting up internal committees and task forces

You will need

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a creative agency environment
  • Experience with front of house, as a receptionist in a fast pace office
  • Skilled using Google docs and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A natural ‘can-do’ attitude with a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
  • The ability to work with multiple stakeholders
