Digital Account Director - 12 month maternity contract

We plan and create marketing campaigns across all channels of customer engagement and need an Account Director with strong product marketing, strategic thinking and digital skills to join the team, available to start at the end of June 2020.

You’ll join a creative team of fearless, hard working account handlers, strategists, producers and creative thinkers who always strive towards excellence. While we operate at a global level, we maintain a start up culture within an environment that is social, fun and engaging, in a warehouse-style office space that is full of natural light, although we are working remotely at the moment.

The role

  • Manage client relationships, lead discussions with strategic partners and challenge briefs.
  • Lead the delivery and scope projects with multi-channel and location requirements.
  • Motivate and nurture a high-performing account service, production and creative team to deliver proposals and projects.
  • Manage financials including client profitability, forecasting and growth.

Desired Skills and Experience

  •  At least 5-6 years agency account management experience with a focus on product marketing, content creation and communications, preferably in the B2B space.
  • An understanding of how to use digital and direct channels to drive content engagement.
  • Excellent people management skills, both internal and across a diverse client base.
  • The ability to identify growth opportunities to enhance both the agency and client’s business.
