Client Services Director

Due to phenomenal business growth, we are looking for an experienced Client Services Director who can lead the charge across a select group of high-profile global clients.

We have an enviable international and local client list and an experienced team of over 85 specialists across consulting, strategy, client service, creative ideation, content, social, production and technical delivery.

The role

  • Build strong relationships with agency leads across disciplines to produce innovative programs of work
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing account service teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout campaign development and delivery
  • Build and maintain strong C-Suite client relationships and drive them forward
  • Manage business commercials across accounts including forecasting and overall financials
  • Drive new business growth, both organic and through new clients

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A digital marketing evangelist, with at least 1-2 years as a Client Services Director in an Integrated Agency across multi disciplined teams
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a strong interest and knowledge in technology is key
  • At ease working across all areas of CRM, including customer lifecycles, and acquisition, conversion and engagement strategies
  • Excellent understanding of all things digital including marketing automation, UX/web projects, and social media and content marketing
  • Natural team leader with a passion to mentor and grow great talent
  • Innately curious and keen to share learnings with clients and team
  • Self motivated, flexible and able to work without supervision or instruction
  • Ability to extract client needs to scope opportunities
