Nikon came to us with a challenge: they didn’t know their customers because camera retailers have always owned the relationship with the end user. They needed a CRM solution that would help them to build relationships with the photographic community.
Rather than develop a traditional CRM solution, we created a community that celebrated photography across the breadth of passion points. Members of the My Nikon Life community can find inspiration, product information, retail specialists, individual training and a range of additional member benefits. This community has expanded through multiple channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google+.
